Great to see such a state of the art service centre close to where I live making servicing my car nice and convenient. Service was quick and smooth without a wait. The showroom upstairs, the cafe downstairs all well spaced and nicely designed.

What a chic and modern looking showroom. Very well laid out and accented with the elegance of BMW. I took my car in for a service and was nicely greeted by the receptionist followed by the kind service desk staff. After a short stay in the waiting room, which doubles as a cozy cafe, I was taken to meet my service advisor Onur. An extremely courteous gentleman who took his time to listen to me yet made the whole experience as snappy as possible and with the most cheerful attitude ever. Kudos BMW for your motor city staff & branch!

I went for a standard oil change service 3 weeks ago and I met Nabeel one of the service managerHe called in the afternoon that we need the car for another day because you have an error SOS is not working I told him the car was perfect what happened he told me it was there which it wasnt but I decided to take the car because I was going for family trip .Since I took the car 3 errors at least used to pop out plus the AC of a brand new 2019 car deteriorated till last week it was off I dropped the car from Friday night for them to check what happened after 8 hours he called me said you have a leak in the AC circuit ?I am confident the team who worked in the card made a disaster while the last service somehow they damaged a components that lead to the leakPlus the errors that came with itAc problems 101 to check the control for any error messages fans not working etc second is to check for any leak he couldnt do this the first half of the day no he had to keep it to check what other disasters he could have done to the car during the first service I am a BMW fan for the past 15 years at least but now I dont trust AGMC for sure and BMW if you get an AC issue in the first two years of the car

Such a pleasure to the eye this showroom its so smart that they choose this area to operate a facility and I believe it’s a great decision. Futuristic design, spacious, and lovely atmosphere. Staff are doing a good too assisted me professionally.

Just opened today the BMW Motorrad 🏍 (03/07/2021) , new showroom, however I prefer Shk. Zayed Road showroom
